Revitalize Homes uses the contact details you give us only to answer your inquiry and to provide property-management services. We do not sell personal information.

What we collect

Your name, phone number, email address, the property or unit you contact us about, and what you tell us in calls, texts, emails and forms. Calls to our main line may be recorded so we can log maintenance requests accurately.

How we use it

To respond to you, schedule repairs and visits, handle leasing and owner questions, and keep records of requests. We share details only with the people who need them to do that work (for example, a contractor fixing your unit) or where the law requires it.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry, maintenance requests, appointments and your tenancy. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts at any time, or HELP for help. See our text message terms.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging opt-in data and consent are never shared with any third party.
